Dear Thank you so much for your motivating comments. It is now a year ago since the exhibition was traveling all over Denmark.
Some of the hard realities have improved in Zimbabwe since last year, but the road is still long to go especially as no industry is jet back and artists are fighting to express themselves freely. But as we have shown Zimbabweans have many strengths and one day the pearl will shine again.
Thanks again - also to you Resta -Star

I haven't had the chance to see Helle's pictures in real life, but I have seen some of them online. I know Helle is a dedicated and passionate person, that has lived the realities in the pictures she represents with her Zimbabwen counterpart Resta. The stories told here and the pictures shown represent a non-exoticized interpretation of the world unfolding underneath the facade of the ongoing political turmoil. This is real and touching. peace morsi

Very touching pictures!
How much Zimbabwe has changed since I visited in 1996, and could buy things with my note of 2 Zim dollar.
The exhibition gives an impression of Zimbabweans as a tough people with a will to survive in spite of the world being against them.
All the best.....A&A

I went by our exhibition today and saw to friends talking and discussing one of our photos. I could not help being curious and I asked them what they thought about the exhibition.
They said a lot - but what really affected me was, that while one of them was saying how this exhibition had open her eyes for the many differnet kinds of life around the world - her tears started falling.
One way or the other I could see that our photos had really touched her!
That is motivating - not to make people cry - but to make them consider once in a while.

I have walked by yur exhibition at Nytorv a couple of times the last weeks, and I most admid, that the photos besides being beautiful and telling, also makes one stop and think about life - not only your own, also others. I think more people will react like that, and I can see that when I walk by, that a lot of peopel stand and look for longer time at many of the photos.

I am so impressed by the work put in this project. I take heart in realizing the creative ability of the people involved namely Helle, Resta and Kudzai. It is one thing to see things happening and another thing to take courage and do something. You lived this experience pertaining now in Zimbabwe and decided to expresses it in a more artistic and innovative way. Big up guyz. Well done.

Thanks for this fantastic exhibition - and for the great work you have all put into displaying the whole thing on this website. Hella, Resta and Kudzai - I really admire you for all the hard work you have done to expose my fellow Danes to the 'strengths and realities' in Zimbabwe. I truly hope this will be an eyeopener for other Danes and encourage them to come see Zimbabwe for themselves...

This is a real and more exact way of presenting an unfortunate situation obtaining in some countries. i applaud the initiative and hope that concerned progressive citizens of this world will do something to help the situation. may those involved get enthused by the fact that we are all grateful for this information platform and we believe something must be done.

A very good initiative to see some pictures of a land ,that we only know from Tv-broadcast,I especially like the idea of commenting the individual pictures with `land facts `so that the visitor becomes a better insight of Zimbabwe situation .
